Free quarterly event series for parents, grandparents and educators
The seminar with the theme "The effects of the online school on the parent-child relationship" organized by Oradea Art Nouveau Rotary Club had a large number of participants both from Oradea and Bihor county as well as from the country. They were with new parents from Alexandria, Bucharest, Brașov, Iasi, Constanta, Buziaș, Deva, Satu Mare.
Psychologist Sella Andre challenged us to recognize facial expressions, spoke to us about positive emotions and negative emotions, about parenting types and the impact of each type on the child, about the parent's creativity and its positive effects on the child, and about the parent's role in the student's involvement in online learning . The collaboration between Oradea Art Nouveau Club, Americano Romanian Primary School and Greek High School–Catholic it turned out to be a success. And we, the parents, the direct beneficiaries of this seminar, are more open to understanding emotions, conflict management and communication. And the indirect beneficiaries, the children, we hope will have a more suitable framework for healthy development.
