Teacher's Day

On June 5, 2023, on "Teacher's Day", the closing ceremony of the NEW NORMAL course dedicated to teachers from the urban and rural areas of Bihor County took place, which aimed to adapt teaching methods and relationships with students as an integral part of the new normality.

The NOUL NORMAL course – innovative teaching and assessment methods (MEN approved course from CCD Bihor training offer - No. 526 of 29.09.2022, page 31) is a program financed by Rotary Art Nouveau and supported by Prof. Mirela Tanc

which aims to bring teachers closer to students as an integral part of the new normality. The course is based on a predominantly practical approach, which derives from the training needs of each group of learners.

It emerged as a necessity because there was and still is a need to change the mentality of teachers regarding lifelong training (never stop learning) in the way we approach our students and facilitate their learning.

The program took place over 3 calendar years.

This year, 3 series of courses were held in which more than 50 teachers from Bihor county participated.
The program took place with the financial support of the Oradea Art Nouveau Rotary Club members and sponsors, to whom we thank.
