Through involvement and support Rotary Club Pitesti took place on March 19 and 20, 3 representatives with the show Euforia in the Multimedia hall of the "Alexandru Odobescu" National College in Pitești.
Students from the "Alexandru Oobescu" National College, the "Ion C. Brătianu" National College and the "Zinca Golescu" National College in Pitești participated in the show.
The show has as its theme drug use and is inspired by real experiences of users and their families, it is financed by Oradea Art Nouveau Rotary Club and made by DeLear Theatre.
Since the start of the Euforia project, 15 performances have taken place in front of approximately 2,000 spectators (students, teachers and parents).
After each representation, discussions about this topic take place with the support of specialists and school counselors.
The reaction of the young people is impressive:
"I knew a little bit about drugs, but I didn't think the effects were this serious."
"I cried with you and now I want to hold my mother in my arms"
"The stories and emotions experienced with you give us another perspective on this subject."
We want to find support and encouragement for this show to reach as many young people as possible, to offer a different perspective, information in a different form about this topic, so that young people can make the best choices for themselves.
