Rotary Club Oradea Art Nouveau is a young organization that has over time had actions and projects dedicated to the community it is part of in vital areas such as: health, education, culture and environment.
In 2024, during the term of our colleague Cristina Marinau We turned our attention to a sensitive topic in our society, the prevention of the use of prohibited substances. The project was taken over and continued by the following presidents: Maria Pop Ghergheleș and Simona Schitcu.
Thus, we financed the production of a theater show inspired by real experiences of drug users and their families, Euforia – produced by DeLear Theatre.
Then, with the support of the County School Inspectorate and the Rotary Clubs in the country, we provided logistical, financial and organizational support for the performances in Oradea, Bihor and in the country.
The Euforia show has had 30 performances and over 4,500 spectators so far: pupils, students, teachers and parents.
We thank everyone who trusted this project, got involved, and supported us in our endeavor. Without your involvement and participation in our fundraising events, none of this would have been possible.

Now, in December 2025, the Euforia project - funded by the Rotary Club Oradea Art Nouveau and produced by the DeLear Theater - was nominated and awarded at the Bihor Community Gala in the PROJECT of the year category.
This category is aimed at projects that have produced a major and visible impact in the community.
We are happy that our involvement and efforts have impacted society and were recognized during this celebratory event organized by Oradea Community Foundation.
