We have completed the fourth Rural School Library, it is about the library at the General School in Madaras.
We are happy that this project has challenged and involved many good people.
We have to thank the teachers of this school for the openness, the mayor's office for their involvement, the sponsors and the companies that supported us.
The sponsors of the project were Dana Ionașcu - founding member of Rotary Art Nouveau, SIF Hotels, VPK Packing Salonta, Calandrion, Dazurit, Romarketing, Roplus.
We also have to thank everyone who got involved in our "Cross-Health for books" event on June 1, 2022, an event organized to support the establishment of the Madaras School Library.
The project "Our daily book" aims to reduce the distance between rural and urban environments, to encourage the elimination of functional illiteracy among students and to prevent school dropouts. Our project benefits the entire community, positively impacting students, teachers and parents alike, drawing attention to the importance of reading and literacy as a fundamental human right.
We believe it is important to create opportunities in the community for its members to grow and develop beautifully and harmoniously, and the book, access to reading is an important engine in our evolution as people.
So we are proud of another rural School Library completed, with another important project for our community completed.
