This fall, with your support, those who trust us and join us at our fundraising events, with the support of all those who donated for the actions we support, with the involvement of all members of the Rotary Club Oradea Art Nouveau, we managed to continue the actions within the Education, Prevention and Awareness Project of the danger represented by drug use.
Thus, 900 high school students, students and teachers from Oradea and Bihor County watched the show Euforia, a theater show inspired by real experiences of drug users and their families.
The artistic approach aims at prevention and presents artistically processed testimonies of people who have experienced this addiction.
We are aware of the importance of Education, Prevention, Awareness, Information and the need for Communication in our lives, whether young or adult, whether in joy or in crisis situations, and we want to offer as many young people as possible the opportunity to be informed in order to make the right choices in life.
Performances of the show took place at the University of Oradea at the Faculty of Environmental Protection, the Faculty of Construction, Cadastre and Architecture, the Faculty of Geography, Tourism and Sport, as well as at the "Roman Ciorogariu" Orthodox High School in Oradea, the "Teodor Neș" National College in Salonta and the "Constantin Șerban" Theoretical High School in Aleșd.
Euforia is a testimonial theater show funded by Oradea Art Nouveau Rotary Club and made by DeLear Theatre.
So far, this show has had 19 performances in Oradea and Bihor County, carried out with the involvement of the Rotary Club Oradea Art Nouveau, and 10 performances in the country, carried out with the involvement of the Rotary Clubs within Rotary District 2241 Romania and the Republic of Moldova: Rotary Club Arad Cetate, Rotary Club Baia Mare, Rotary Club Sebeș, Rotary Club Alba Iulia Civitas Solis, Rotary Club Pitești, Rotary Club Bucharest Phoenix, Rotary Club Bucharest, Rotary Club Bucharest Cișmigiu.
The number of spectators who watched this show amounted to 4500.
