The 2025 District Conference, which took place June 5-7 in Constanța, gave us the opportunity to meet with Rotarian friends from other clubs in the country and the Republic of Moldova.
It was a time dedicated to reviewing the magical Rotary year 2024-2025, to honoring clubs and Rotarians who stood out through their deeds, and to presenting the vision for the new Rotary year of the Governor-elect.
It was an extraordinary opportunity to meet special personalities, to learn interesting things, and to enjoy the goodness and beauty created in the great Rotary family.
The Bihor clubs were appreciated for their work, for their special and beautiful results.
The work, the dedication of our colleague Daniela Ionascu, Founding President of Rotary Art Nouveau, his involvement and generosity were recognized and appreciated with the "Governor's Straight Wand" award, the Paul Harris Award with a sapphire, and the title Major Donor level 2.
Our wonderful colleague Simona Schitcu received the "Silent Magic" award for the Rotarian who works in the shadows but decisively.
Also, Rotary Club Oradea Art Nouveau received the "Key to Expansion" award for excellence in attracting and integrating new members and the "Enchanted Club of the Year" for active and visible clubs.
Congratulations to this year's Rotary President Maria Pop Ghergheleș and congratulations to all members of the Oradea Art Nouveau Rotary Club for another beautiful year, with important and beneficial actions for the community we are part of.
