TEACH-ON

TEACH-ON is a project to support the teaching staff in the pre-university education in Bihor to strengthen the skills of working with students on the online component. 

Following the partnership concluded between Bihor County School Inspectorate and iRotary Oradea Art Nouveau, at the county level, between January 27 and March 4, 2021, a training program was organized on the online component addressed to teachers who teach the human language, the Hungarian language, respectively mathematics in the rural environment. Training program included 27 teachers from the localities: Felix-Sânmartin, Oșorhei, Chijic, Pietroasa, Bratca, Bulz, Ianoșda, Lăzăreni, Sălacea, Calugări, Câmpani, Tămășeu, Tarcea, Viișoara, Șimian. 

During 40 hours, theoretical and practical issues related to the efficiency of online education were debated, the students getting to know the tools offered by the Office 365 platform. Through the Microsoft Teams platform, the students got to know the facilities offered by this platform for carrying out of online courses with an emphasis on online assessment teaching methods. 

Within this program, students had the opportunity to study and apply various programs specific to online education: Kubbu, Kahoot, Flipgrid, Socrative, Edpuzzle, MozaBook, WordWall, BookCreator, Storyjumper, Quizizz, LearningApps. 

The courses were held through the Microsoft Teams platform from the "Emanuil Gojdu" National College. 

The students had the opportunity to create their own lessons, which they presented in front of their colleagues, to practice working in groups, online, to take tests using the facilities offered by the tools in Office 365 as well as the applications presented in the course. 

The project will continue with digitization-based training and interactive technology integrated into the teaching of lessons.
