The newest Rotary club in Oradea, Rotary Club Oradea Art Nouveau, launched the "Adopt a building, adopt a passage" project, designed in two stages, for the restoration of the Arcadia Theater lobby and the passage between Traian Moșoiu and Vasile Alecsandri streets.
The building in which the Arcadia Band operates is one of the oldest in Oradea, dating back to 1760, but the owner, the County Council, has not started its rehabilitation, being, moreover, one of the few unkempt buildings on Alecsandri Street. Thus, the director of the Theatre, the actor Sebi Lupu, considered that "the image that the child has from the moment he enters the building must be consistent with the magic of stage stories", which is why he personally contributes to the Oradea Art Nouveau Rotary Club project.
